Site Sales Managers for KREBS pumps, cyclones, and valves will work in ECANA region (Central Asia sub-region) for some of the highest revenue earning product lines within FLSmidth. Site Sales closely coordinates and collaborates with Site Account Manager when applicable, being responsible for growing PC&V install base for their assigned sites through:
Working in close collaoration with PC&V regional sales team you`ll be involved in expanding existing customer relationships and executing account sales plans in support of business strategy across the region. You will also be:
Managing sales for the company`s products, spare parts and services throughout the sales cycle with direct customers in the region.
• Managing RFQs / providing quotations according to customer requirements.
• Negotiate proposals and terms and conditions with customers etc.
• Strengthens current customer relationships that enable identification of a customer’s needs, business model, and buying process:
• Participate in negotiations and resolve disputes with Clients.
• Improve Customer loyalty by meeting their needs by following the core standards of FLSmidth
• Drives sales, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Compile forecasts and sales plans for coming financial period with assigned customers.
• Leads, manages and coordinates communication and interfaces with the customer at appropriate levels.
• Supports account strategy and works with key persons to achieve the results.
• Manages accounts receivable deliverables including payment terms negotiation discussions.
• Ensure compliance with the law of the activities of the Company and protect its interests.
You technically able to (your responsibilities):

Size and select PC&V equipment;

Identify problems on site with pump and cyclone systems (Process/System
knowledge);

Understand basic wear patterns;

Know how each process variable effects the system;

Up to date and in-depth knowledge of entire PC&V offerings

Implement optimizations of pump and cyclone systems

Convey product benefits and value propositions;

Provide installation, start up, and rebuild supervision and guidance.
About you:
You will ideally have sales or account management experience within a Mining, Oil and Gas or Heavy machinery industries, however, if you enjoy and can evidence a high level of attention to detail, resiliency, and strong communication skills along with an interest in managing complex accounts in the international environment, we’d love to hear from you. Here are some of the other skills and competencies we’d like you to have:
• BA degree in Marketing, Sales, Technical, or a related discipline;
• Extended professional experience in Sales or Account management, including previous customer and/or product experience;
• Experience in working within the Mining, Oil and Gas or Heavy machinery industries;
• Intermediate level in English;
• Ability to live in Almaty / Karaganda area and work full time out of our office there (this is not a remote position).
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 30% working time).
• Positive attitude and ability to work with others in a team environment.
