In the 7th class, with a few of classmates decided to try to enter the High School, but was but only one was able to pass the exam. After passing the entrance exam, was among 26 students out of 1000 who were able to enroll. Studied in high school for 5 years. The first year at the High School was entirely devoted to learning English and Turkish. In subsequent years, all technical subjects were taught in English and Humanities in Turkish.
In 2002, after graduating High School, passed the entrance exam in university, won a scholarship and entered to the specialty “Labor and life safety”. In student's years actively participated in all competitions, debates and events. Once, even took the first place among the students at the English language Olympiad. Each month received the highest scholarship for excellent studies. As a result, his photo was placed on the University’s Honor board.
In 2007, after taking degree in the University, started working in Zhezkazgan copper smelting plant of the “Kazakhmys” Company, as a senior HSE engineer. Hard working and abilities to solve the problems by innovative ways allowed in 2009 to busy the managing position.
The most significant achievement in the career is shooting video "Safety Induction». Of course, it’s not directly related to HSE. However, it was the most interesting and ambitious project. Firstly, it was the first HSE video in the Kazakhmys Company. Secondly, it was creative and very hard work. Thirdly, the project didn’t find support from management, because management doubted that company needs this project. Now, this video is using during the training for all new comers and employees of the plant.
Since March of 2017 became the co-founder of the first and only internet-supermarket in Qaraghandy city - K-market.kz. As a HSE specialist and the founder of the IT startup - internet-market of food K-market.kz believe that digitalization of the HSE Management system a necessary stage in development. One of the first steps in the digitization of the HSE management system is the development and implementation of corporate app.
The app should focused on the following:
1. In case of identifying the hazard and/or dangerous behavior, employee should only open this app and register it. Also, the employee should be able to download and attach the photos, videos and other docs. All of this activities employee must be able to do in any place and at any time;
2. Each registered hazard online should be sent to the supervisor to take corrective action, and the HSE Dept. & manager - for control. This will ensure the transparency of the entire process and allow the employee, supervisor and manager to monitor the process of elimination the hazards;
3. The app should handle and visualize all the analytical information in the readable graphic format. This information could be used in predicting the hazards and accidents, determining the trends of increasing those risks and adequately managing them in future.
Also, in the App could be downloaded the whole information in the HSE, such as:
- legal and corporate requirements;
- information about all the hazards, incidents, Near Misses, LTI, etc.;
- HSE training materials, modules and videos and much more.
The app will eliminate unnecessary paperwork, save money on paper and release HSE specialists from the tape. All of this will allow HSE specialist to focus more on working with people to better understand hazards associated with employees job and behavior and a thorough understanding of their causes.
